- How do I cancel an order?
Please verify your order status and if it is not been sent yet, contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible, providing your order details.
- Which are the delivery options?
You can get your orders delivered directly to your place (or a different address);
You can pick up your orders at our stand.
- Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver only to Switzerland at the moment.
- How much do you charge for shipping?
For orders below 99 CHF, we charge a flat rate of 11.5 CHF for shipping in Switzerland.
Shipping is free for orders above 99 CHF and when you chose to pick up your orders at the store.
- How do I check my order status?
Go to your Account page and then click on the Orders bar: you will see the status of all your orders.
- How will my order be delivered?
You will get your orders via Swiss post.
- How long does it take for an order to be delivered?
It should take 48 hours.
- My order has not been delivered yet, what should I do?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, giving us your order number. We will reply as soon as possibile.
- Which are the payment options?
We only accept payments through credit card and postfinance at the moment.
- Can I pay at the store?
If you shop online and you choose to pick up your orders at the store, you will need to pay with PayPal or Credit Card first.
Returns and Changes
- How do I return or change an item purchased online?
Please contact us within 30 days at email@example.com giving us your order details and specifying the reason for return / change.
